• Training Works recruits consultants on both permanent and temporary contracts.
• Training Works only resources applicants who have a proven track record within the Education industry.
• Training Works will only ever submit applicants who have the prerequisite skills and experience to fulfil the criteria of any given Jobspec.
• Training Works will only ever submit applicants who have had reference checks taken out.
• Training Works at each step of the Recruitment process will keep both client and applicant informed of progress.
• Training Works in the very unlikely event that it will not be able to resource a requirement will be honest and transparent in disclosing the reason(s) why.
• Training Works Trainers are members of the Institute of IT Training and TAP certified.
